Restaurant Syv Ni 13

Throughout the summer, the Aarhus-based restaurant Syv Ni 13 is running a pop-up restaurant at Hotel Strandlyst on Samsø.

At Syv Ni 13, guests can enjoy a memorable culinary experience with a focus on the finest seasonal ingredients, served in a simple, Nordic style. The concept is the same as at the original restaurant in Aarhus – social dining. The menu is preselected, and guests choose between four or seven courses, served gradually on large platters to be shared at the table – just like at home. Both the 4- and 7-course menus include three snacks.

A wine pairing can be added, and the wine list includes selected favorites from the Aarhus wine cellar. Outdoor seating is available when the weather permits. The restaurant staff is also ready to mix signature cocktails or recommend the perfect wine.

Between 3 PM and 5 PM, the bar is open, and light dishes are served on the hotel terrace. Guests can enjoy a gin & tonic, a glass of wine, and snacks such as air-dried ham, focaccia, olives, and caviar.
