As the only place in the world, Falkecenter Samsø welcomes you and your colleagues to a day filled with unique experiences and learning. In the Rewilding Falconry Teambuilding program, you will get up close to magnificent birds of prey, learn about their nature, feel their power, and experience their unique presence as you fly with them yourselves.

Rewilding Falconry Teambuilding is centered around specific learning objectives that are expressed through the collaboration exercises you will engage in during the day:
● Being consciously present in the here and now
● Developing awareness of your own energy and state – and how it affects collaboration
● Taking your place while allowing space for others
● Sensing your own boundaries and challenging them together

The experiences you gain as a team can easily be brought home and applied in both your private and professional lives.

Two different versions of the Rewilding Falconry Teambuilding program are offered:

Rewilding Falconry Teambuilding:
A three-hour event where participants learn to handle birds of prey, fly them, and take part in collaboration exercises.

Mindful Rewilding Falconry Teambuilding:
A seven-hour event that begins with yoga and mindfulness instruction as well as the talk “The Pause”. Afterwards, participants learn to handle birds of prey and fly with them as part of the collaboration exercises.

The teambuilding program is suitable for groups of 6–20 participants.
